Voice education trust
An all primary trust in Surrey local authority where the vision
is all about raising standards through the development of an
innovative skills based curriculum which incorporates a global
dimension and yet supports and works with the local community –
true community cohesion. The trust wants to provide new pathways
for children, giving them better lives.
The trust opened in November 2009 involving three primary schools:
Burhill Community Infants School; Orchard Infants School and Cleves
School with a fourth primary school, planning to join the
trust in 2010.

The trust process itself has already:
- Liberated thought and given the schools new horizons
- Enabled Governors to be more outward looking
- Raised awareness of community cohesion
- Fulfilled children’s aspirations of interacting with others,
making their wishes a reality
