Practitioner steering group
Representatives are committed advocates of the programme and
have the capacity to support others going through the process. They
are members of established networks that enable them to represent a
variety of constituent groups. They are champions of the programme
who have the ability and expertise to deliver presentations and
speak within a variety of audiences. Meetings take place
termly and members of the consortium service and facilitate the
group. The chair is elected by the membership and the expectation
is that members of the group will serve for a minimum of one
academic year.
The purpose of the group is to share regional experience of the
programme and communicate stakeholder response and engagement.
Members will provide feedback to the programme management group
that brings support and challenge to the services the consortium
provide.
The activities will include:
- Advise on consortium activities
- Advise on event development, web development and
publications
- Inform and review strategies and developments the consortium
are considering
- Comment on FAQs, case studies and publications.
- Support the delivery of consortium events
- Act as advocates for the programme (for which members will be
remunerated)
- Nominate a school representative and a business partner for the
quality assurance group.
